PRISTINE CLEAN & SEAL is the trading name used on this website. Website enquiries and AI conversations do not create a contract or confirmed booking. A contract is formed only when the agreed service, price and arrangements are accepted between the customer and the trader. Nothing in this notice limits statutory consumer rights.

Quotes & Pricing
Website wording is not a fixed-price offer unless expressly stated. Before a consumer is bound, the trader should provide the main characteristics of the service, the total price including unavoidable charges where it can be calculated in advance, or a clear method of calculating it where it cannot.
Scope & Variations
Surface condition, access, drainage, water supply, weather, contamination, safety and material requirements can affect the final method and scope. Additional chargeable work should not proceed without the customer's agreement except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent danger or further damage.
Images & Results
Images and examples show the type of work offered and are not a guarantee that every surface will achieve the same result. Any materially important limitation identified before work should be explained to the customer.
Consumer Rights Act 2015
Where the customer is a consumer, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Information about the service that the consumer takes into account may become binding. If no price is fixed, only a reasonable price is payable; if no time is fixed, the service must be performed within a reasonable time.
- These statutory rights cannot be removed by website wording or contractual small print.
- If a service does not conform to the contract, statutory remedies may include repeat performance where appropriate and/or a price reduction.
- Any guarantee or warranty offered is additional to, and does not replace, statutory rights.
Distance & Off-Premises Cancellation
For many service contracts concluded online, by telephone, or away from the trader's business premises, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give the consumer 14 days to cancel without giving a reason, beginning after the contract is made, subject to statutory exceptions.
- If the consumer expressly asks for work to begin during the 14-day cancellation period and later cancels, the trader may charge a proportionate amount for the service actually supplied up to cancellation, but only where the statutory requirements have been met.
- If the service is fully performed during the cancellation period after the consumer's express request and acknowledgement that the right to cancel will be lost on full performance, the cancellation right may end when the service is fully completed.
- This website does not impose a blanket 25% cancellation fee. Any cancellation charge outside statutory cancellation rights must be fair, transparent and proportionate and must not operate as an unlawful penalty.
How to cancel: email info@pristinecleanandseal.co.uk or write to the correspondence address above with your name, address, service/booking details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model wording in the full
Terms & Consumer Rights page.
Reviews, Ratings & Commercial Claims
PRISTINE CLEAN & SEAL must not submit or commission fake reviews, publish incentivised reviews without disclosure, or present review information in a misleading way. Any rating, review count, accreditation, insurance status, guarantee, response-time claim or similar factual statement should be published only where the business can substantiate it with current evidence.
The supplied compliance build therefore does not rely on fabricated testimonial names, invented review counts or unsupported star-rating claims.
Privacy & Personal Information
Personal information may be collected when a visitor requests a quote, calls, emails, uses the AI chat or AI Call Handler, or otherwise contacts the business. This can include name, telephone number, email address, property/location details, requested service, messages, call/chat transcript information and ordinary technical request data.
- Information is used to respond to enquiries, take steps requested before a possible contract, perform contracts, keep appropriate business records, prevent abuse, handle complaints and comply with legal obligations.
- Information may be processed by hosting, email and AI technology suppliers and professional advisers where reasonably necessary.
- Do not enter payment-card numbers, passwords, access codes or unnecessary special-category personal data into the AI systems.
- For fuller UK GDPR information and rights, read the Privacy Policy.
Cookies, Storage & Third-Party Content
This website uses server-side sessions for interactive features and may use browser storage and third-party embedded services. Under PECR and UK GDPR, non-essential storage/access technologies must not be used unless a lawful exception applies or valid consent has been obtained.
For what this build currently does and what third-party services may receive, read the Cookie & Storage Policy.
Direct Marketing & Electronic Communications
If you make an enquiry, the business may reply about that enquiry using the contact details you provide. Separate promotional marketing by email, text or similar electronic message must comply with PECR and UK data-protection rules, including consent/soft-opt-in requirements where applicable and a clear way to opt out.
Service messages about an existing quote, appointment, contract, invoice or complaint are not treated as promotional marketing merely because they are sent electronically.
AI Chat & AI Call Handler
The website uses automated AI features. The AI is not a human contractor and cannot make binding promises, confirm a booking, invent a price, guarantee results, remove statutory rights or create new cancellation terms. Important information should be confirmed by the business before the customer relies on it.
- Voice audio may be transcribed using OpenAI and AI response text may be sent to ElevenLabs for speech generation.
- The AI must not claim facts such as insurance, accreditation, review counts, guarantees, discounts or availability unless those facts are present in the approved business information supplied to it.
- Do not rely on AI for safety-critical roof, ladder, electrical, structural or chemical advice.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
Raise a complaint promptly by telephone on 07789 992858 or email info@pristinecleanandseal.co.uk, giving enough information for the issue to be investigated. The business should have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the work and consider the appropriate statutory remedy.
If a trader is required by legislation or contract to participate in an ADR or other complaint-resolution arrangement, the consumer must be told about that arrangement when the outcome of the complaint is communicated. No membership of a specific ADR scheme is claimed on this website unless separately confirmed.
This legal section is drafted for UK consumer-facing exterior-cleaning services and reflects the consumer-law framework in force in September 2026. The legal identity of the person/company behind the trading name must match the trader's actual legal status and business records.
